3.1 7-Day Quality Inspection
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or with a faulty dropper, please notify us within 7 days. We offer a full replacement for the damaged item once our quality team verifies the issue via provided photos.
3.2 Hygiene & Purity Standards for Returns
To maintain the integrity of our organic formulas:
- Opened Products: Due to the nature of organic hair care, we cannot accept returns for any product where the safety seal has been broken or the product has been used.
- Unopened Items: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original, pristine packaging with all seals intact.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping for “change of mind” returns is the responsibility of the customer.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the product passes our quality and purity inspection at our Islamabad hub.
